Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of BigDrago (bigdrago.org), referred to herein as “the Site”, “the Casino” or “BigDrago”. By registering an account, accessing the Site or using any of its services, the user (“the player”) agrees to be bound by these Terms in full. If any part of these Terms is not accepted, the Site must not be used.

1. Eligibility

Access to BigDrago and participation in real money gambling is restricted to individuals who meet the following conditions:

• The player must be at least 18 years of age. Age verification checks may be carried out at any time, and accounts belonging to underage persons will be closed, with deposited funds returned where legally required and any winnings forfeited.
• The player must be a resident of the United Kingdom, unless otherwise permitted under the Site’s licensing arrangements.

2. Account Registration and Verification

To place real money wagers, a player must register a personal account by supplying accurate and complete information, including full name, date of birth, address and a valid method of payment. All details provided must be true and kept up to date.

As part of standard Know Your Customer (KYC) and anti-money laundering procedures, BigDrago reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any stage, including but not limited to:

• Proof of identity (passport or driving licence)
• Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (card images or bank statements)
• Source of funds documentation, where applicable

Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended until verification is complete. Providing false information, or failing to complete verification when requested, may result in account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of funds held in the account.

3. Welcome Bonus Terms

New players who register and make a qualifying first deposit are eligible for the BigDrago welcome bonus, subject to the following conditions:

• The bonus is set at 200% of the qualifying deposit, up to a maximum of £1,500.
• The minimum qualifying deposit is £10.
• A wagering requirement of 35x applies to the combined deposit and bonus amount before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn.
• The wagering requirement must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Any bonus funds and related winnings not wagered within this period will be removed from the account.
• While wagering requirements are outstanding, the maximum single bet permitted is £5. Bets placed in excess of this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• The bonus is available once per person, household, address, email address, payment method and IP address.

Game Contribution Towards Wagering

Not all games contribute equally towards clearing the wagering requirement. The table below sets out standard contribution percentages:

4. Bonus Abuse and Fraud

BigDrago monitors accounts for patterns indicating bonus abuse, collusion, or fraudulent activity. This includes, without limitation:

• Use of betting patterns designed to minimise risk while clearing wagering requirements (such as covering bets across opposite outcomes).
• Use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once.
• Use of stolen or unauthorised payment methods.
• Any attempt to exploit software errors, payment processing errors, or technical faults for personal gain.

Where such activity is identified, BigDrago reserves the right to void bonus funds and related winnings, suspend or close the account involved, and withhold payment of any balance. Serious cases may be reported to relevant authorities and shared with other operators or payment providers.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

• Deposits must be made using one of the payment methods listed on the Site, in the player’s own name, matching the registered account holder.
• The minimum deposit amount is £10 unless stated otherwise for a specific payment method.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for depositing, where possible, in line with anti-money laundering requirements.
• Processing times vary by payment method and may be extended while verification checks are completed.
• BigDrago may apply reasonable withdrawal limits per transaction, per day, or per month, details of which are available from customer support.
• Transaction fees, where applicable, will be disclosed prior to processing.
• BigDrago reserves the right to decline or reverse a withdrawal request where fraud, abuse or a breach of these Terms is suspected, pending investigation.

6. Responsible Gambling

BigDrago is committed to promoting responsible gambling and provides tools to help players manage their activity, including:

• Deposit limits - daily, weekly or monthly caps that can be set or reduced at any time via account settings. Increases to limits take effect only after a cooling-off period.
• Time-out periods - temporary account suspension for a set period, typically between 24 hours and six weeks.
• Self-exclusion - a longer-term measure allowing a player to close their account for a minimum period, during which no marketing communications will be sent and the account cannot be reopened early.
